As a James Hardie Rep. I must only report on deviations and relay our best practices when installing our products. So this letter of recommendation is rare in the 4 years I have worked for Hardie. During my site visits I was shown all the work it took to furr out of plumb walls and mismatched floor levels. This from my experience as a contractor is labor intensive and only performed by the most conscious contractors due to re-framing not being in the siding contractors scope of work typically. The siding installation was above industry standard and one of the better looking installs considering framing issues. KVN has spent a considerable amount of effort to consult with JHBP on proper installation of our products and produce the best possible installation under the circumstances. They should be commended on their professional approach and execution.
