Beaverton Roofing, Siding & Windows Company

"I’m very pleased with the final results of the siding installation on my home. I’ve had siding replaced in the past by another company and will never use them again. The he quality of the installation the daily communication provided by KVN team leads and project manager was beyond compare. I’ve had several homes and contractors throughout my life and KVN’s crew was by far above all others. That’s not to say communication with other contract companies has been poor but the team at KVN exceeded the others. The crew was friendly, respectful of the property and seemed to enjoy their work and team mates. They cleaned up the work materials and tools each evening so I didn’t feel like I was living in a construction zone. I highly recommend this company!!!"

"Cody and his team did a fabulous job!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the work this roofing company did for us! From start to finish, the entire experience was great. The team was professional, friendly, hardworking, and really took pride in what they were doing. They did an excellent job on our roof and paid attention to all the little details. Everything was completed efficiently, and the finished result looks amazing. It’s clear that they care about the quality of their work and their customers. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work done. Thank you for doing such a great job!"

"I contacted KVN Construction for a bid on new windows, patio door and siding. Will Wong came to the house and explained the process and gave me a cost. I decided to go ahead. Jesse then ordered everything in. There were delays with the windows and patio door. Cody the field manager was great about keeping me updated on deliveries and answering any questions. When everything finally arrived Luis and crew got everything installed. They worked hard and did a great job. I decided to replace the gutters. That crew also did a great job. The final thing was painting. Lio and Carlos did a very nice job. It came out really well. I’m very pleased with how the house looks. I enjoyed working with Cody through the entire process. KVN Construction did a great job."

"Huge shout out to KVN Construction for the siding install and paint. We looked at four solid contractors before going with KVN. KVN has a very thoughtful presentation they provide before giving their quote. We really appreciate being able to sit and talk with Russ regarding every detail of our project. The communication and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. KVN project managers Cody and Jesse did a great job basically guiding us through the whole process. Additionally the quality and craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. Luis and crew did our siding and we were immediately impressed with the efficiency and expertise they demonstrated. Also, Leo and crew did a fantastic paint job. It honestly feels like a new house. I would say KVN stood out for great communication and were all incredibly kind and professional and the quality is five star. We will definitely have them back for future projects."

"From the very beginning consult with Oleg and his easily understood proposal to do a substantial residing project, straight to his professional, amazing construction team completing the job - we are extremely grateful and fortunate! Our home was in sad shape and now she is as beautiful as when we built in 1996. Thank you for taking the time, effort and communication to do EVERYTHING RIGHT. We highly recommend KVN and Oleg and Daniel especially!"

"From the very beginning to the end, everyone did a fabulous job. Cody had great communication throughout the whole project: siding, new soffits, new gutters, stonework, new paint job, installation of 2 new skylights and a new roof. The teams were efficient, professional and had great communication. They were able to answer all my questions and explain the answers in terms I understood. Thank you again for a wonderful job. Will definitely recommend."

"Kvn always always has great communication skills from the start of the project when they explain what’s needed to delivering the materials and setting up. The crew did an excellent job was very efficient and courteous. I will use them again."
