KVN Construction is a family owned business with father & son running the company. We are exterior specialists in siding installation, roofing installation, windows and doors, exterior painting, masonry work and new gutters.
KVN does remodel and new construction work for both residential and commercial properties and is licensed, bonded and insured in the states of OR and WA.
Because our experience goes back as early as 1997 we’ve gained a lot of wisdom and knowledge about our trade and the importance of customer satisfaction. Our Mission is to provide great service, using top quality products with Honesty and Integrity.
We are also proud sponsors of a christian organization called “God Will Provide” based out of Portland, OR. This mission is a bible based, Holy Spirit filled organization that opens and runs rehab/life change centers and orphanages around the world while spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Oleg Mazurenko
President
Oleg came to America in 1990 from the former Soviet Union. He soon learned the language and entered the trades industry. After running 8 crews for another firm, he decided to start his own Exterior Remodeling Company in 2001. In his free time, Oleg enjoys camping and hanging out with his grandkids. His primary role is President of KVN and Manager of the Commercial / Multifamily Exterior Division.
Kirill Mazurenko
General Manager
Kirill came to America at the age of 3 with his parents. He started working in the field with his father, at 16 during summer break. After graduating High School in 2006, he joined the family business full time. Kirill enjoys hanging out with his wife/kids and playing basketball. His primary role is General Manager of KVN, and he oversees the Residential Exterior Division.
Zack Yefremov
Production Manager
Zack has 20+ years of exterior construction experience. He started working in the trades at the age of 16 during summer break. As the KVN Production Manager his role is to make sure all projects are produced on time and on budget. Zack coordinates scheduling crews, deliveries/pickups, and ordering materials/dumpster/toilets. On his free time Zack enjoys hanging out with his kids.
Javier Moreno
Field Manager
Javier oversees the KVN production process in the field. His role is to provide constant communication during the remodel, oversee quality control and ensure our clients are receiving an amazing level of customer service. He enjoys running and playing competitive soccer.
Alex Borovik
Estimator
Alex grew up in the northwest and was introduced to Exterior Remodel at the age of 18 when he started working in the field as a painter. After joining our team, he was trained extensively by Kirill to diagnose waterproofing issues, find solutions for our clients, and apply exterior systems that will protect any investment. On his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and table tennis.
Miya Smolinets
Estimator
Miya came to America at the age of 6 from Ukraine with her parents. She was introduced to the construction industry back in 2008. After joining our team, Miya was personally trained by the owner of KVN Construction and is highly equipped to diagnose issues in the field and design beautiful exterior systems for our clients. On her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her kids and traveling.
Yuliya Mazurenko
Office Manager
Yuliya immigrated from Ukraine in the early 1990’s as a child with her parents. Her role at KVN is billing and payroll, while overseeing the general day to day office administration. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Elizabeth Miu
Sales Coordinator
Elizabeth is the very first voice you’ll hear when calling KVN. Her role is scheduling appointments, posting on KVN social media sites, and performing office administrative work. She enjoys the outdoors and learning about real-estate.
