Excellent Work!
This group did outstanding work. We had a serious shower pan leak issue which resulted in significant damage beneath the floor. It needed to be cleaned out, reconstructed, and finished. PCS did a great job, leaving the whole bathroom looking better than it ever has, and I have confidence in the quality work that was done. All inspections passed and were coordinated by Jaycob. Great communication throughout. Jaycob (Construction Manager) and his team - Omar, Jordon, Vlad, Mike, Amber - stuck to the provided schedule, worked together well, cared about the work being done, and were even friendly and informative! Jaycob came on site to review the work that was done at each stage and sent pictures as we went. Detailed invoices were provided and recommendations for flooring/Tile and glass for shower door were good companies to work with. It was easy to ask questions via text/email/phone throughout the process. I would definitely hire them again.
Siding Install
KVN’s overall cost is comparable to other companies. I chose KVN because they provided the most pricing transparency, with line-item detail in their quote, and were very responsive throughout the bidding process. Additionally, they were able to set up and manage my insulation installation while allowing me to pay the vendor directly. They did a great job, and I subsequently recommended the insulation company to a friend. KVN was also able to arrange new gutter installation, which I appreciated. The new gutters look great. The siding installation has taken approximately three months from start to finish. We ran into a few issues but were able to come to a resolution. I recommend keeping thorough documentation and double-confirming decisions with your project manager in writing. This will help ensure everyone is on the same page and avoid any miscommunication or surprises at the end. I’m looking forward to seeing the final product once painting is complete.

Our experience with KVN Construction couldn’t have been better! Each team member we encountered was warm and friendly and at the same time very professional. Throughout the project, there were daily communications and pictures of the progress. The team of roofers did an excellent job. Flowers and shrubbery were not damaged in the least and everything was neat and clean when they finished the work. I would highly recommend KVN. We were very impressed with their quality work and professionalism.
Good experience
I returned a call from Oleg today to discuss a potential siding replacement job on one side of our house. He happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by within 20 minutes. I had good "vibes" from our meeting right from the start. Oleg is friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the type of siding I was looking for is no longer available, there was no pressure for any kind of alternate work to be performed and it was left at that. But if we should ever have need for any kind of related construction work in the future, KVN will be the first contractor I call for a bid.

We called Oleg because of window water issues after a roof replacement (with another company who was not helpful). Oleg gave us an honest assessment of the situation and didn't pitch his own business, but instead a affordable gutter adjustment to solve the problem. No upsells, just a good person helping us out.
