Our experience with KVN Construction couldn’t have been better! Each team member we encountered was warm and friendly and at the same time very professional. Throughout the project, there were daily communications and pictures of the progress. The team of roofers did an excellent job. Flowers and shrubbery were not damaged in the least and everything was neat and clean when they finished the work. I would highly recommend KVN. We were very impressed with their quality work and professionalism.
Good experience
I returned a call from Oleg today to discuss a potential siding replacement job on one side of our house. He happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by within 20 minutes. I had good "vibes" from our meeting right from the start. Oleg is friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the type of siding I was looking for is no longer available, there was no pressure for any kind of alternate work to be performed and it was left at that. But if we should ever have need for any kind of related construction work in the future, KVN will be the first contractor I call for a bid.
Honest Assessment Saved us $$
We called Oleg because of window water issues after a roof replacement (with another company who was not helpful). Oleg gave us an honest assessment of the situation and didn't pitch his own business, but instead a affordable gutter adjustment to solve the problem. No upsells, just a good person helping us out. Every aspect of this siding project has been outstanding. From the initial presentation and the bid, the demo, the siding work itself, the completion of details, the cleanup. Ben and his crew have been personable and professional and thorough. Communication has been exceptional with daily contact and updates, texts and pictures. This is how a business should be run. Great Job Replacing Failed Siding
KVN was great to work with. My cedar accent siding on my nearly new home has failed, so rather than just replacing it I opted to have that corner of my house re-sided using long-lasting Hardiboard. KVN went the extra mile to not just match my home (which has various widths of Hardiboard at different locations to create a pattern, but to carefully chose the boards that would look the best in that location. They also added extra flashing to prot ft the outdoor shade canister and then reinstalled it. Everything was done well and quickly.
